  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into stars or accents
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets (optional) for snowy effect
Garnish & Dip
  • fresh rosemary or parsley for decoration
  • 1 cup ranch dip or hummus for serving

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly, then slice and prep everything evenly.
  2. Choose your design: Christmas tree, wreath, or snowman. Place a large board on your workspace.
  3. Build the base using broccoli florets, shaping them into a Christmas tree or wreath.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and cauliflower to mimic ornaments and Christmas lights.
  5. Use carrot sticks to create the tree trunk or decorative accents.
  6. Garnish with rosemary or parsley for a festive holiday look.
  7. Serve with ranch dip or hummus on the side and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap any vegetables with your favorites—snap peas, radishes, or celery also work great. Assemble just before serving for maximum freshness.
