- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a tray with parchment.
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form batter.
- Coat cauliflower florets in batter, then in panko if using.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip halfway.
- Mix chipotle, adobo sauce, maple syrup, and lime into glaze.
- Brush glaze over wings and bake another 10–12 minutes until crisp.
- Serve hot with fresh lime and herbs. Enjoy!
Notes
Air fryer option: Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes. Freeze un-sauced wings for best reheating texture.
